Shipping & returns


You can order online and pick up your purchases in store after your order is processed. Make sure you choose this option when you buy online (in the "Delivery methods" section, choose "Pick up in store").

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and we guarantee that your purchases will be shipped within 4-6 days following processing. We only ship to Canada with our shipping partners (Dicom and Canpar). The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items.


Your satisfaction is our priority! If the size of a garment purchased online at is not correct, you have up to 30 days following the shipping date to return the eligible items to Chalets Lanaudière for an exchange or refund. Please note that all of our items are carefully inspected and packaged in excellent condition before delivery.

We will gladly reimburse or exchange any garment due to improper size that is still new, in its original condition, that has not been worn or washed and that comes with its tag and original packaging.

Clothing purchased on final sale is not exchangeable nor refundable. Also, please note that all other items purchased on the Chalets Lanaudière online store site are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the date of shipment. After 30 days, we will not accept any refund requests or exchanges.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the initial transaction. Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. You can exchange your items purchased online by going to Chalets Lanaudière or by returning the item by mail to Chalets Lanaudière, which in the case of an exchange, will also return the new item to you by mail (delivery costs in sus).

In order to return an item by mail, please package the item, including the original shipping slip and taking care to indicate the reason for the return and the request: exchange (new size requested) or refund. Please keep a copy of this document for your personal files.

If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Name, address and billing telephone number
  • The shipping name, address and telephone number
  • The order number
  • The reason for returning each item to be returned

Carefully pack the merchandise to be returned in the original packaging, if possible. Send the return package to the appropriate address below:

  • Chalets Lanaudière, 8082 chemin du lac Morgan, Rawdon, Quebec, J0K 1S0.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the package is sent to the correct address.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD delivery. Please keep a copy of the tracking number of the package you sent to us to ensure that it is indeed returned to Chalets Lanaudière.

We will process your request within 3-4 business days of receiving your package.


It is possible that there is a shortage of stock between the time you place your order and the processing of it. If this happens, a customer service representative will contact you by email or phone.
